Chardonnay
Chardonnay accounts for a large share of the Arcana Cabinet cellar, concentrated in Burgundy: Chablis and Petit Chablis in the north, then Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin and the white Grands Crus of the Côte de Beaune, plus Pouilly-Fuissé and Viré-Clessé further south.
Styles range from unoaked, mineral Chablis through barrel-fermented Côte d'Or whites aged ten to twelve months in oak. Chardonnay also appears in our Champagne and Crémant listings as a blending or blanc de blancs grape. Filter by appellation or vintage to compare bottlings from the same producer across sites.
